i'm looking for a free portable utility to turn off the monitor and turn on with a key of the keyboard maybe disabling the mouse, like the apples imac , or notebook

there are several utilities that can do it (turn off the display) but it's enough a very lightly mouse vibration or even with the mouse off ,the display after a while magically turn it on

I have set windows to turn off after x minutes , but would like to use a free portable tool to turn off on demand and keep off
i wanted to try Monoff4 but the download link is not working
