Meazure - complex screen ruler

Not the most beautiful screen ruler but easily the coolest screen measuring program I've come across. Clearly, a lot of time and consideration went into this program -- a remarkably smart and feature-rich screen measurement application.
* Object sizing, slope, width, radius, and more.
* Customizable screen grid overlay
* Standing ruler (on the screen edges)
* Magnification and color codes that appear live in the status window (as the mouse moves)
Note that the zoom window cannot be resized and is always what you see in the screenshot (it's more there to enable the color and measurement functions).
Status: Not portable but can be enabled with YaP. Tested with Version: 2.0.1.

It hasn't been updated in some time but very glad it still works on Win10. Even the help file is thorough.
