Selection process

The maximum vote limit is 10 so the options that floated to the top were the 9 that got at least two nominations (my own votes were for WPD, PDFArranger, and Simplewall). The final vote came from Sumo, which was the only nomination from Toxteth O'Grady so I went ahead and made that #10.

My apologies.. when I posted that message, Handbrake was the winner with 2 votes.. the others had only 1!

Yeah I'm comfortable with a 2 way tie but not 3 ... EDIT: a runoff is underway -- please vote
