A program to quickly install/uninstall more voices onto your computer. My own feeling was that the UK "Hazel" voice and "Helen" voices were really the only ones worth adding. Once you have them on your computer, most programs that do text-to-speech will integrate them.

Requires an Internet connection and admin rights. Doesn't come with any voices.

Status: Portable, writes no settings. Stealth: No, because it installs Windows tools.
