Short version: I've tested a number of file content comparison tools that for some reason just seem to constantly make things more complicated than they need to be. This looks at two text lists, tells you what's unique in list 1, unique in list 2, what they have in common, and has a combined list. You can remove duplicate lines ahead of analysis and save the results.

Steps: Download, unzip, and run compare2lists.exe

Status: Portable and stealth, writes no settings
