Image Tuner - batch editor, conversion, metadata

Short version: not as good as ImBatch but might be cheaper and has some nice tools.
Synopsis:
1. Download the installer
2. Extract with Uniextract2
3. Launch ImageTuner.exe
Status: Not portable, has very few settings to write but what it has writes to AppData\Roaming\Glorylogic. Most of the processing steps are imported / exported. Tested version 8.6.
