SetMate - desktop window organizer

An outstanding program for dealing with lots of small windows on your desktop, SetMate will let you customizably draw out the structure of the windows on your screen. Also includes other features like stay-on-top and transparency.
Steps: Download and install as normal. Copy contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\SetMate\SetMate.exe to a folder of your choice and uninstall. Launch SetMate.exe.
Status: Portable, writes to local folder. Stealth: Untested. Tested v. 2.1.
