CryptoPrevent - malware and randsomware prevention

First mentioned by Midas some time back, though I'd give it a separate thread as there's supposedly a portable version.
Obviously good and frequent backups are the best prevention for randsomware, but this is an interesting solution if you want to make triple sure or your system has files on it that are hard to backup reliably. I've had issues with this in the past with especially large files and license issues.
