Kind of a niche interest and approaching 10 years old now, but I love programs like this.

Steps: Unzip, Uniextract, Launch

Status: Not portable, writes to registry: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Lionel Allorge\TextStat

Another similar free text analysis program ...

Steps: Download, unzip, and run TextStatisticsGenerator.exe

Status: Portable, writes no settings (unless you modify the included ignore lists manually)
