NeoSearch - basic filename search

Synopsis:
A dead-simple indexing filename search program (nothing for file internals). The program doesn't have a lot of options beyond just launching whatever program from the results window. Looking forward to more features, but do enjoy the simplicity. Not much to offer beyond many current search programs, but promising.
Status: Not portable, won't run outside the AppData folder
