Quick post to note something I am totally unable to test in any possible way, ATM...
WineBottler packages Windows-based programs like browsers, media-players, games or business applications snugly into Mac app-bundles. [...] Like Wine, WineBottler is free software.

I remember seeing this years ago but it seemed a little ripe - I'm glad to see this is still in development and has clearly come a long way. Especially the 64-bit support.

WineBottler is way out of date and is highly unlikely to run on the latest version of Mac OS (11.1/'Big Sur')/; and nor will Wine run natively on MacOS because of Apple's blocking of 32-bit software code since the introduction of 'MacOS 10.15/'Catalina'. According to the WineHQ site native Wine support is only available up to MacOS 10.14.

Better to look at: https://github.com/Gcenx/WineskinServer/ which is now compatible with 'Catalina' and 'Big Sur' ,and is under active development, or Play on Mac - https://www.playonmac.com/en/

Or Mac users can 'bite the bullet' and subscribe to the supported product - Crossover for Mac - https://www.codeweavers.com/crossover which actively supports continuing Wine development.

There are also a varied range of options for Linux users - the main/original target audience for Wine.
