WebChangeMonitor - scheduled link failure and update viewer

Really liking this program -- you can collect URLs and paste them in and easily import/export the details. It will both check for updates (the red star icon) as well as bad links. Appears to be in active development.
Status: Portable writes to WebChangeMonitor.config
