For SSL support (starttls) you can use stunnel.orgsyntax:
Blat <filename> -to <recipient> [optional switches (see below)]
Blat -install <server addr> <sender's addr> [<try>[<port>[<profile>]]] [-q]
Blat -profile [-delete | "<default>"] [profile1] [profileN] [-q]
