Skip Silence browser plug-in

So this is currently only a Chrome plugin, but it could move over to Firefox in the future as well.
A huge number of authoring and edit tools include a silence detection function, but this is the first I've seen on the player side. This is a really cool idea that I can see a LOT of uses for:

A huge number of authoring and edit tools include a silence detection function, but this is the first I've seen on the player side. This is a really cool idea that I can see a LOT of uses for:
- Informal recordings or podcasts or things that were broadcast live
- Audiobooks that were converted from tape, where there are generally long bits of silence at the end of every side
- Corporate meeting recordings where there's usually a delay at the beginning, if someone steps away, or if there's a technical issue (such as disconnection)
