Another scrcpy front-end QtScrcpy:
QtScrcpy connects to Android devices via USB (or via TCP/IP) for display and control. It does NOT require the root privileges.
A single instance supports up to 16 Android device connections at the same time.
It supports three major platforms: GNU/Linux, Windows and MacOS.
There's a lot here, very impressive stuff.

FYI, the standalone official adb
/fastboot tools for all OSes can be downloaded from https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
(currently v31.0.2, released April 2021).
OTOH and to the best of my knowledge, drivers are device dependent and usually available from the device manufacturer...
