I found the 64 bit version of vscl on a McAfee ftp server about 2 years ago and use it! If you're interested, here it is.

That is in fact an evaluation copy of VirusScan v6.1.3.303...

According to the trial download page, the latest VirusScan trial release is v7.0.3 from 2022-12-14 ('cls-w64-703-e.zip') -- I have no clue about the CLI versions limits/restrictions.
