Good find Island Boy, it's lkind'a the Ccleaner of uninstall software.

Unfortunately the portable version still writes to the users application folder(So far empty but I've not changed many settings).

At every third run Revo Uninstaller version 2.0.0 is showing an advertisement- a special offer for Revo Uninstaller Pro:



It can be closed but after 3 more runs it will appear again. This is ugly and unbearable. Revo Uninstaller version 1.95 was more discreet:



For me version 2.0.0 is an intolerable ad-ware.

Also there is string SC=1 (StartCount?) in the settings.ini. Number increases with every launch, when it reach 3, 6 etc. - nag screen. Edit after every time you closing program back to 1, may be with some batch script. Or just make settings.ini read-only after all needed settings.
