Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

All I was needing (today) is a small midi player.
I found vanbasco (it was mentioned in a forum: )

I installed vanbasco in one folder, then I moved it to another folder.
I launched vbasco: Vanbasco is working fine. I closed it.
I checked the registry, I deleted the entries of vmidi (the executable).
I launched vbasco a second time: everything is still working fine!
... So far ... sounds good!
VanBasco might be a decent candidate for the TPFC DB (if portability is confirmed).
