Can't replace/add a screenshot in edit submission

When I edit an entry and choose a new screenshot, then clicking save doesn't use it.
It's as if I never chose a new screenshot.
Any idea why? I can update everything else.

I updated the screenshot for PNotes yesterday without issue so I definitely can't confirm. Is the image especially large?

I've tried again and it suddenly works.
Could it be related to naming? Is it possible the new screenshot can't use the same filename as the original one (even though the site changes the names anyway)?

Can't be related to naming, as it has no impact on the underlying operation. Have you tried a different browser?
