wordweb32 "missing wweb32.dll" prob .

Hello & Thanks,
Running wordweb32 freeware version on windows 10:
I get an error "missing wweb32.dll".
The program works well on the 1st running after install.
But from the 2nd running on , it gives the above error mssg.
The only way to run it again is to uninstall & then re-install.
I suspect its their way to get people to purchase the program.
Anyone have a wweb32.dll to share ?
