QuickViewer is a simple, Qt-based (written in C programming language) image viewer which uses OpenGL.

Synopsis

QuickViewer is an graphic image viewer for comfortable browsing of many images.

This software performs reading of image data in advance. And loading the imported image data on the screen with OpenGL. You can browse images with less lightness than ever before.

Portability
QuickViewer is portable by design- settings are saved in INI file (quickviewer.ini) inside program folder. QuickViewer also seems to be stealth.

Instructions

• Download the x32 or x64 ZIP archive.
• Extract the archive to a folder of your choice.
• Run the executable file (QuickViewer.exe).

Requirements
QuickViewer should run on Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 (both x32 & x84).

QuickViewer is licensed under GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3.

The developer, Kanryu Kato, is very friendly, helpful and open to suggestions- I first contacted him 3 days ago (on 2017-03-25) about QuickViewer version 0.2.0 and since then there are 7 new releases which fixed and improved lots of things and added Exif support (I waited for Exit support to be added to review the program here- for me Exif support is essential).

Now the slider in "PageBar" responds significantly faster on random mouse clicks while browsing a folder containing 1000+ images (more than 3 GB of JPEGs). In short, compared to previous releases QuickViewer version 0.5.0 is significantly quicker (I have tested the x64 build only).
