The resource used by dmiranda could prove useful for people looking for software able to run on XP:
Lastly, the database posting engine appears to be mangling URLs -- e.g., by inserting extraneous HTML entities such as '&' instead of literal "&"...

Noted. Will manually patched up the comment, and fix the code eventually. Thanks!

Update: I have fixed the error that mangles the URL.

JohnTHaller informed us (viewtopic.php?p=101957#p101957) that Portable K-Meleon browser is still getting weekly updates and remains XP compatible.
