Vote for the 2016 best portablefreeware!

Notes: Programs are listed in alphabetical order. As we have a limit of 10 poll questions, I just made a call to leave two nominations for the semi-finals were left off: Clibor and PPEE. I picked these simply because I think both program types are unlikely to quickly grab users; people move slowly change their clipboard tool and PE tools are somewhat specialized.

A quick addendum that there are four days left on this vote. Also, I didn't realize it until I actually sat down to vote today but I had not made up my mind between my two finalists. In writing up this whole affair, had ample opportunity to think it over yet somehow still had real difficulty choosing.

EDIT: Just going to call it a tie. :)
