Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

KShutdown

KShutdown is a graphical shutdown utility for Linux and Windows. It allows you to turn off, restart, hibernate, sleep or log off the computer, as well as lock the screen, show a custom message or execute a user-defined command at a specified time. It features various time and delay options, command-line support, and notifications.
