Managed to find a program that opens Access Database files. MDB Viewer can be found with other apps at http://www.alexnolan.net/. The site states that "It requires no install to run provided that Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) is installed on your PC (In most versions of Windows this is the case)." I assume that if you want to view a database the PC will have Access on?
One file in the zip, the program itself, I haven't tested if it writes to the registry.
