Error Allocating Memory error

Great product thank you!
We are using DropIt to manage a print PC where 100's of PDF jobs per day hit the server and DropIt then moves the PDF's in to print job queues.
The jobs are then picked up printed and moved into an archive file by the print software and we then use DropIt to delete files < 1 day the archive.
Set up and working beautifully apart from us getting a AutoIt - Error Allocating memory error which occurs overnight. We then have to log onto the server each morning to exit DropIt and restart.
Any Ideas on the error, the PC is Windows 7 Professional?
