PowerLaser Express is a program for recording CD / DVD discs. The programme is a compact size, does not require installation and does not modify the system registry. All this makes it possible to work
with removable media.

I have to say that the critics are right. The fact that it's very difficult to get at a translation means it's a no-no for me too.

Perhaps it's worth pointing out that the program itself is in English. And it looks well written.

There is a Help File available on ...

http://kiaplayer.narod.ru/files/powerlaserexp_help.zip

This too is in Russian but if anyone wants to persevere, it's easier to translate parts of this rather than searching the WebSite.

Old thread update:

Here's the entry http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1369 (private) for the program. Looks like some of the comments indicated technical problems so proceed at your own risk.

I downloaded the English version of PowerLaserExpress ( http://kiaplayer.narod.ru/files/powerla ... xe_ENG.zip ) mentioned above.
The app is also available from Softpedia
I unpacked the exe inside the zip using UniExtract and I submitted the output to virustotal : 6-69 , I know some will say the malware/trojan is only detected by the minor players of the antivirus industry .....
Anyway, I am going to stay away from PowerLaserExpress.
