Release 3.1.1 is out.

To answer my own question from earlier in the thread:
Have you been using the program? What's it useful/ideal for?
I didn't know what to do with this program at home because I tend to give my files very descriptive names. There are plenty of reasons why you wouldn't want to rename a file but due to system, security, or age limitations (such as old 8 character DOS files), but still want to have as much information about a set of files as possible.

For example, I a lot of old PDF files on my work machine that I can't modify to give a descriptive name because I need to maintain the current naming convention and don't want to accidentally download a duplicate.

Note that the program is Electron-based, but I don't think I'd be running it 24/7 so it might not be an issue.
