Portable Wireless Devices

I saw the SanDisk Connect today, and then quickly found out how unaware of a wide variety of other devices for wireless storage/use:

The main issue obviously for us is that it supports Windows Networking / Samba for running applications over wireless, but this could solve issues associated with enough USB ports, ease of access/backup, etc.
