JPEQuicke : Installer running under JPE not working

I use JPEQuickie to run Kingsoft Office Setup.exe as installer and then later create it's portable.
I select 'Generic_Normal2' as the configuration and keep most of the settings default.
When I 'Run Portably' the installer using the N2 configuration , the installer is not able to extract/copy data to the 'Temp' directory. The installer hangs up when the part of writing data to that directory comes. I suspect JPE has got something to do with it as the installer installs up in a flash when installing the application normally i.e without JPE.
Below is the screenshot of the installer which lays hanged when run under JPE.
Any guesses on what could be the problem ?
