Useful Command-line apps with no GUI Alternative.

I'm thinking into command line applications that don't have a GUI alternative or Front-End that may provide useful functionality not found in the database and that don't come with windows. Not exactly command-line, but perhpas it would be good to include applications with no interface.
Some that I compiled from AutoIt forums that may be useful to someone else as well (unfortunately I don't recap the thread nor kept the source script, so I'm ataching the executables). Toggle show / hide known extensions and toggle show / hide hidden files and folders.
Another SysTrayScanCmd.exe that lists all items in the system tray.

If I remeber correctly there are command-line applications that are not stealth such as some systernals command-line utilities.
There's the thread viewtopic.php?t=4485 but as I went checking the list most of the utilities had a GUI alternative and the focus of the thread was most used cl apps, while this one may tend towards those weird and less-used ones.
