Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Thank you. I have updated the entry.
BTW, it would be nice if there was changelog somewhere (or if there is, it should be easier to find).

CHK's Changelog, Devlog and Wishlist can be found in dedicated threads at
my forum (
CHK keyword at Tag Cloud). I've just found it more interactive and useful than simple README document

Thanks. I have added the changelog to the entry.
Consider adding a link to the changelog thread to the CHK project page. That way users can find the changelog more easily.

Nope. Just an optimized 64-bit complie of CHK v1.12 which means much faster processing under 64-bit Windows.

Thank you. I added a 64-bit download link to the entry.

(It's often used as a way to tell users that a 64-bit version is available.)

Please welcome a new release!
The most important features added:
+ SHA1-Base32 and SHA384 calculation
+ "Add Folder" command
+ Ability to move columns, "sort arrow" in list view
+ Speed optimizations (CRC32 is more than 4 times faster)
Please enjoy new release!
