I know we have a lot of great free Image Editors here on the, but found another one with some transparency edition item that GIMP wasn't able to tackle.

Requires admin rights. Leaves an empty folder in AppData\Roaming\NPS

Wow, almost 10 years since the last post on this. Anyway, still in development, now at 3.3.4:

Like many other freeware editors, it does not offer feathering of the brushes and select tools.
The range of color pickers, however, is impressive. It covers everything, from CMYK and LAB to CIE and YUV.
