lessmsi

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

It's portability is mixed, but mostly portable:

License is standard copyright, with BSD-like allowances for copying, distribution, etc.

No real changes for v1.6.3...
This is the same as v1.6.2. The only changes are some metadata changes in the chocolatey package that Chocolatey was complaining about.
