Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Tested: Portable
Add applications or batch files to the Run at system startup or to RunOnce.
Download: http://www.favessoft.com/downloads.html

Due to the nature of the applications it will add data to either HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\ or HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\.
