Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Especially for an open source program, that's frustrating. I get that they want to withhold some extra features to fund development, but I obviously wish they wouldn't hold hostage the portable version.
