TrayURL - Searched the collection and did not find this utility listed, so am presenting it for inspection.

"TrayURL is a portable bookmark manager that is designed to run from a USB drive. It sits in the system tray and provides quick access to your favorite websites. You can organize your bookmarks into categories and also choose the browser to use. Just copy the program to your flash drive, add your bookmarks and carry them with you wherever you go." Installation consists of extracting the zip file to your desired location.
It keeps the bookmark entries in an ini file, and asks approval to create the ini file. The program does not support import/export so all favorites will have to be created manually.

The author also has a utility that "will allow you to run your favorite programs in a "portable" environment from your flash drive", but is temporarily unavailable.

nice find!!!

however i do not really get what the "options" are good for?

this app would be much more powerful if it would allow importing existing bookmarks
