But! There is a little trick to have the app available to you for further use.
Launch the gaotd setup in sandboxie (the day of the offer), hit ok then search in the temp folder for the hidden "real" setup package. From here on there are a few possibilities, I leave this to everyone's imagination (some have keys inside readme.txt, some in the registry etc.)...

A german site (CHIP Online) is giving away the latest version of jv16 powertools.
The download contains the setup and license file and also contains the english version.

I have this setting in MainSettings.dat:

I believe it's now portable!

Hurry up with downloading, the download will be available for three days only (starting from the 22nd on, I think). The download is a ZIP file with the installer and the licence file. Keep this licence file because, according to the information given on the CHIP site, it can be used for the next version too (expected release somtimes in July).

It works portably (I tried it), but I did not test whether it is stealth (or better: to what extent is it stealth).

I couldn't find this information and I think the license is only valid for version 2009.
