I have one already but joby_toss is the king of application names >> http://www.portablefreeware.com/forums/ ... 380#p37380 with spicydog following a close second :P

There is no challenge, you know AHK, I don't, therefore you're winner in that contest. :mrgreen:

Let it be known that this idea is solely dmg's and I merely took the idea from him & translated it into AutoIt. I didn't use any of the AHK code (ask dmg as I previously implemented the 'freeze' option incorrectly) but I did use his expertise in creating the icons. :)

Wow thanks to lautrepay, I am Baas & joby_toss for your suggestions & I have to say better than my choice of 'KeyState' (lack of imagination!)

Keyndicate & VIndicator seem like good choices but which one to choose? Who should I disappoint? I can't help feel that VIndicator reminds me a little of the word vindicate :)

Let me ponder this for a day and I will let you know the results.

Might I suggest a slight change from "VIndicator" to "V-Indicator"? It is essentially the same, but I think it looks better and makes it a little clearer that it is a combination of two words.

VIndicator :)

We're among friends, no disappointments here. :)

To be fair, Keyndicate is much more self-explanatory; reflects much more what the app does.

I sent it to a panel of experts and they agreed that Keyndicate does appear to be a good choice :mrgreen:

I'm sorry to those who's suggestion didn't make it, especially to joby_toss in particular, but I assure Freak is still very much alive and is on my todo list.

We are all winners on TPFC.

Glad I could help with the name. This one does not limit you to the Lock keys if you ever decide to add features... just a thought :mrgreen: .

@I am Baas, I had a flashback of 1999 and Geocities :)

I should have a working version by tomorrow, but if it arrives on Monday then I hope people understand why.

I had a request sent to me via a user who had been using the AutoIt version previously and requested a couple of additions, so I would like to implement these before I release a stable version. Sorry everyone.
