Ventoy : https://ventoy.net/en/index.html
Ventoy is a Multiboot Usb Creator creation tool similar to Yumi , Easy2Boot
But Ventoy is easier to use than any other tool.
Multiboot is possible by creating a bootable area partition and copying only ISO files to USB.
Even if you don't need to multiboot, you only need to copy the newly updated Windows ISO file later.
Better than tools like Rufus that require formatting each time.
Ventoy supports Wim Files booting plugin in version 1.0.12.

Re: Ventoy - Multiboot Usb Creator
Having used YUMI for almost 10 years, I haven't had a reason to switch to something else. I would probably switch to Ventoy since its very easy to use and update. Just copy ISO's to root of drive and it just works. But for some things I use it requires some workarounds like this https://github.com/ventoy/Ventoy/issues/40
Haven't had time to test all my ISO's with Ventoy since everything I need works with YUMI. But it is a very nice, dare I say, user-friendly alternative.

Re: Ventoy - Multiboot Usb Creator
That workaround is similar to the one I use with Yumi when working with UBCD. The integrated PartedMagic doesn't work so you have to copy certain files to the root of the drive. After several versions, I started removing PartedMagic from the UBCD ISO and then installing the newest free and/or current version of PartedMagic through the default process in Yumi.

Topic update: Ventoy v1.0.21 released 2020-09-12 (changelog at https://www.ventoy.net/en/doc_news.html).
Ventoy now doubles as a pretty decent general boot-manager -- especially for running OSes out of virtual disks...
E.g., check the following summary of a recent experience:

Ventoy v1.0.63 released 2021-12-20 (changes and downloads at https://github.com/ventoy/Ventoy/releases).
Ventoy development is proceeding at brisk pace -- my highlight would go to the experimental "non-destructive Installation" feature, supported since v1.0.59.
FYI, I am currently using Ventoy to dual-boot Windows and a couple of Linux flavors in a new laptop meant to replace my aging x220 with some pretty good results.
Furthermore, Ventoy is also a fast and easy way to test a Windows 11 environment for free...

EDIT: In my forever quest for expedite ways to boot so-called legacy Windows 7, I tested the "IE11.Win7.VirtualBox.zip" from the second download link above and sadly have only a failure to report -- the process was somewhat convoluted, as the the file inside that ZIP is an OVA (Open Virtualization Format), which Ventoy doen't officially support; As it turns out OVA is a just common TAR.GZ archive which can easily be extracted by most archiving utilities, after which one is left with VMDK, a VMware Disk file image, still unsupported; But it so happens that shareware Winimage can readily convert it to VHD, which is finally fully supported; in the end, I was unable to boot the resulting image with Ventoy, no doubt on account of internal NVMe storage, which is unsupported by Windows 7 this time, at least without special drivers, obviously absent from this setup. Oh, well...

- E.g., download a VirtualBox image from the official site (~20GB! Usually only good for 90 days! URL below), extract, drop the virtual disk file in the Ventoy boot drive and, presto, you're up and running!
