Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Topic update: Krita 4.2.9 released 2020-03-26 (changelog at https://krita.org/en/krita-4-2-release-notes/).

Krita's homepage now includes downloads of the portable 32 and 64-bits versions, click "All Download Versions" drop-down in the downloads page.

Also worthy of note is Krita Plus versions available for Linux and Windows -- which are "Daily builds that only contain bug fixes on top of the stable version".

Last but not least is ChromeOS getting ready to join the list of supported platforms (Windows, Linux, and MacOS ATM):

Krita is now available in the Google Play Store for Android tablets and Chromebooks (not for Android phones).
