Hyper Crypt & Sisma

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I welcome your effort but you may wish to make the case for a program before actually adding them to the database. I've floated a lot of programs to see what kind of interest I could find before actually adding them. With a little background and explanation why it's useful, entries stand a better chance of getting the votes to make them go live. More on this.
