Synopsis: interesting and innovative presentation tool. I've seen variants on this but this program seems to bring it all together pretty well.
Good:
Interface is remarkably simple and intelligent. Transparency, gradients, etc. are all treated very well. This could develop into something easily the equal or better of PowerPoint.
The included animation sequences are a little over the top and over-dramatic. I'd like to see something a bit smoother where the presentation doesn't automatically overwhelm the viewer. I've seen a hundred presentations where everything but the content was interesting and we definitely don't need more of that.
Bad:
Terrible name. Everytime I see it I think Nazi.
Icon looks VERY similar to Ubuntu for some reason.
Doesn't export to SVG like the Website implied, which is something I really need.
Status: Unknown. This is an edge case that might be considered portable. Appears to have very few settings (recent file note posted to \sp\my files.txt, relying on everything to do with the program being written to it's created files. Might be considered portable but far from stealth. Writes to:
HKU\S-1-5-21-1708537768-1303643608-725345543-1027666\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Notzy
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\.notzy
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Notzy editable presentation file
... which I think just associates .notzy files with the program and gives it a cool icon, but would rather do without.
Site is offline and the project appears to have shut down. The only download mirror I could find was findmysoft.com and for some reason they have a faceobok page:

UPDATE: Even my own mirror died on this topic unfortunately. I can't find this program anywhere, which is a shame because I have definitely had trouble finding a simple and easy-to-use presentation tool over the past few years.
