Yes, I have tried Cobian Backup in the past. The latest version is no longer portable. More- Cobian Backup is mainly a back-up program while I need a file-synchronization utility. Once Cobian Backup was open-source, later it became closed-source freeware, then it was no longer portable and finally it was discontinued, the forum- closed and the source code- sold.
