Moo0 Video Cutter lets you save your favorite movie scenes into seperate video files, without any loss of quality and in the fastest manner.

Supported Video Formats:
- AVI, FLV, M4V, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPG, OGG, OGV, RM, RMVB, TP, TS, WEBM, WMV and many more.

Writes setting in Registry -
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Moo0\Moo0 VideoCutter

Although it doesn't have many features but I like it because it works fast & without losing quality. I have suggested to add scene deletion feature which will help in removing commercials and play and pause button if you would also like to have this features then go to the webpage and write to the developers the more people write the more chance of adding new features.

Wow, very timely suggestion. I have a direct use for this -- thanks. Shame it's not natively portable.

Note that I was able to open it using 7-zip to skip the install process.
