The Ultimate Reg Utility?

I was thinking it would great to see a portable utility that combined:

WhatChanged (monitors registry changes)

API Guard (runs an exe and blocks reg entries)

A Reg Cleaner / Optimizer (of some sort) - a side note here: interesting to see how different reg tools produce quite different results.

System Restore Point (creation tool)

Uninstaller (that digs out ALL the crap based on install profiles)

Anyone seen anything that does all of the above (and more) all in the one bundle?

Isn't that a bit much for just one program?
Perhaps JV16 Powertools can do must of what you are looking for. Not free, but it is portable.

Yes! But it does get pretty insane having hundreds of itty bitty utilities sitting on your drive.
