It's probably another casualty of the Nirsoft false-positive problem http://www.nirsoft.net/false_positive_report.html and since we link to his site so we get caught in that net. Over time, all the machines I've had over time I've downloaded hundreds of programs to, McAfee will immediately delete a few of the the Nirsoft tools.
avast has never had a problem with this software. I consider this sloppy, incomplete work on the part of McAfee to exclude some truly excellent freeware that's been around for years.
