Textreme

Textreme will do a variety of ‘string’-based functions (deleting sections, inserting into a specific place, switching bits around, etc.) upon text files.

I do wish he would use a different icon, though in v3.3.10.0+ the default icon is an empty cmd window.

Textreme is at version 3.0
Fixed in this version:

* Lines with only spaces, tabs etc. were not being treated as 'blank' by the "Omit blank lines" function

* The "First N lines" window now scrolls sideways when text lines are longer than the viewing window

* The square bracket replacement was switched to after the "First NN lines" functon so that it displays correctly pre-replacement

* Match Case facility was not working in 'Replace' function
