I jst got the program and i tried a couple of programs (paint.net and guitar pro5), but i have not idea how to get it to work.
Can any one give a guide on how to use the program??????????

Okay, for starter try to read these information: Click Here.
Basically you need to copy jauntePE.dll & madCHook.dll to the application exe you want to make portable. Run JauntePE.exe, click Build Portable, it's the wizard that will guide you to create the portable exe. You can do more customizing by adding AppNameExe_jauntePE.ini in the same location you put jauntePE.dll, the options you can read from the link I gave you above.
Or, for easier use you can use JPE AutoWizard created by crownixx.
