Portable upload download calculator?

Hi Yall
is there a portable upload/download calculator so I can check how long it takes to upload or download a file at a certain speed? Been using ones online but would be nice to have an app that could do this?

The database entry states that Transfer Time Calculator doesn't write any settings, which is obviously wrong according to Userfriendly's findings.

Being such an unique app, I think it deserves to be upvoted out of it's private status -- public exposure may make it gain stealth powers...

It doesn't write any settings but the UI seems a bit buggy after trying to use it.

Thanks for reminding that, guinness. On a related note, I have declared repeatedly that I'm no stealth purist -- I tend to follow the function over form school of thought; but maybe these two threads should be merged to avoid dispersion?
